Once plans are developed, we prepare a cost-plus quote based on the architect’s drawings and your finish selections. You’ll receive a clear estimate and construction plan.
You secure financing (if needed), and we finalize key selections, allowances, schedule, and next steps so everything is ready to move into permitting.
We submit drawings for permits and coordinate with local requirements until approvals are in place.
Once permits are approved, we break ground and start building—keeping you updated throughout the process.
Most custom homes take approximately 5–9 months to complete once construction begins, depending on size, complexity, selections, and weather.
We complete a final walkthrough, address any punch-list items, and hand over your new home.
Send us your lot address (or subdivision), preferred square footage, and style photos—we’ll share a preliminary estimate based on similar builds and your architect’s early plan direction.
