Our Story

We’re parents of two amazing kids, so we understand what a home really needs to do: support real life. Between sports, dance, and a growing business, our days are full — but our passion for building never fades.

Our story started in 2016 with our first house flip. We fell in love with the process of taking a structure and transforming it into a space that feels personal, functional, and beautiful. Today, we bring that hands-on experience—and our engineering backgrounds at Boeing—to every build, combining thoughtful design with a process that’s organized, precise, and built to last.

Taylor leads the vision and design: floor plan flow, finish selections, and the details that make a home feel elevated. Chris brings that vision to life on site with craftsmanship, quality control, and a hands-on approach from start to finish.
